February has been a busy month, with success for our athletes indoors, on the roads and in the fields. Following her success at the British Indoor Championships, Molly Caudery (Thames Valley Harriers, Stuart Caudery) was crowned World Indoor Champion last weekend.

It was certainly a championships to remember for Cornwall’s Molly Caudery (Stuart Caudery, Thames Valley Harriers) as she sailed over 4.80m to claim the victory and become the pole vault world champion! Read about all the action from our athletes in Glasgow.

2023 Consultation findings

England Athletics is today releasing the findings of its 2023 consultation, along with progress updates on a number of key areas for both concern and potential development, raised by stakeholders. The consultation was launched in April and was open to everyone, with the aim of canvassing opinions and allowing those within athletics to help to shape the future of the sport.

England Athletics nominated for the Going Green Award!

We are pleased to announce that England Athletics has been nominated for the Going Green Award at the upcoming Community Sport and Recreation Awards held in Leeds on 8 March. Having published our Sustainability Strategy at the end of 2022, we have since focused on developing the foundations to help us best implement the strategy. We know we are still in the early stages of delivering our mission, but we are really pleased to have been shortlisted for the award.
