Senior Programme
Aiming to support athletes representing England at Senior International Level.
The England Senior Programme aims to support senior English athletes/para athletes who have the realistic potential to progress to compete at future Olympic or Paralympic Games and World Championships and the potential to win medals at future Commonwealth Games. It is supported by London Marathon Events and TASS.
England Athletics Senior Programme
The Senior Programme aims to assist in the support and develop Senior England International athletes and coaches, to help prepare athletes for international competition, and to share knowledge and best practice. Delivery will take place through a programme that may include some of the following as appropriate:
- Athlete and coach training camps in England
- Invitation to overseas training camps
- Coach webinars, masterclasses, and conferences
- Small team international opportunities
- Dedicated Point of Contact (POC) for the programme
- Mentor support via Talent Event Leads (where appropriate)
