From the best of British at the 2026 Novuna UK Athletics Championships to the top of the crop in the masters half marathon and 3000m, there’s lots of action to look back on in our June performance round up.

The level of competition at this year’s U18 WMRA World Youth Cup in Gagliano del Capo, Italy was incredibly high. The atmosphere created by the local organising committee and the people of Gagliano del Capo was outstanding, a certainly contributed to the fantastic results for the team. Clara McKee (Calder Valley Fell Runners, self-coached) claimed the individual title at the 19th running of the event with the England Athletics women's team taking a well-earned bronze.
