Both programmes include games and activities to build and develop skills that form the basis of running, jumping and throwing. One such athlete is André Onyekwe, now 18 years old and part of our Youth Talent Programme. The club has since grown from 13 members to 220 across three nights per week. To provide the best experience to these members, Neil has recruited a team of Run Leaders and Coaches to support who all bring their own strengths and knowledge.
