We are excited to share with you our brand new podcast series, Ready, Set, Glasgow!

Host Alex Seftel is back, and joined by all-new co-host and para javelin thrower, Dan Pembroke. They talk to some of our greatest past, present and future Commonwealth athletes: Adam Gemili, Dan Greaves, Emily Newnham, Scott Beattie and Success Eduan.
