We are excited to share with you our brand new podcast series, Ready, Set, Glasgow!
Host Alex Seftel is back, and joined by all-new co-host and para javelin thrower, Dan Pembroke. They talk to some of our greatest past, present and future Commonwealth athletes. Dan is no stranger to a major championship himself - he has won two Paralympic gold medals and earned three world championships golds.
Our first few podcasts will be recorded with Commonwealth veterans Adam Gemili and Dan Greaves, as well as catching up with newly announced Commonwealth team members, Emily Newnham, Scott Beattie and Success Eduan.
