Team announced for Welsh International

The U20 Welsh International is a great international fixture on the domestic competition calendar. This year, there will be an U18 team and U20 team to provide greater international opportunity for our athletes. It is good opportunity to see athletes who are currently on the YTP and JTP get the chance at a National level compeittion - which will aid to their future development in the sport. England Teams have historically been very successful at this event and we hope for the same again this year.

Get set go for Guide Runners in Jersey

An England Athletics Sight Loss Awareness courses was held recently on Jersey – a first for the island. The course was requested by the charity Eyecan as they have no registered guide runners in their region. With the agreement of the course tutor, ITV journalist Josh Wilde went to cover the event to help to advertise it locally to more people.

Middle distance magic and 400m medals for England on Day 2 of the Commonwealth Youth Games

Day 1 of the highly anticipated athletics and para-athletics action at the Commonwealth Youth Games saw 13 of the 31 Team England athletes kick-start their campaigns and they did so in style. Team England secured a superb four medals, two gold and two silver.
