There has been lots of action indoors and on the roads for our England athletes this month. From our Age Group Indoor Combined Events and Junior Para Championships to the Anglo-Celtic Plate 100km, there are lots of successes to celebrate.

February has been a busy month, with success for our athletes indoors, on the roads and in the fields. Following her success at the British Indoor Championships, Molly Caudery (Thames Valley Harriers, Stuart Caudery) was crowned World Indoor Champion last weekend.

Last year, Chris Hollinshead attended some COBS Tuesday night coaching sessions held at the Aston University campus, which were structured as alternating blocks of speed and hills. As Chris is an England Athletics coach based in the West Midlands and coach of the Aston Gazelles Running Club at the university, these visits were greatly beneficial for COBS.
