We recently caught up with officiating stalwart Bob Brimage from the Wirral who has been an official in the sport for over forty years. Not only that, but Bob was also a runner himself and more recently the Chair of Wallasey AC.

Sprint Hurdles Technical Camps: Winter 2023

The Bruce Longden Coaching Foundation (BLCF) is once again joining forces with England Athletics to continue the successful sprint hurdles technical camp sessions.  These 2-hour camps are mainly targeted at U15 and U17 sprint hurdlers and will cover a variety of important aspects of hurdles technique to help athletes become faster and more efficient hurdlers.
