Gemma Steel: from local leagues to European cross country champion

Gemma is a multiple gold medallist at the European Cross Country Championships but also enjoys road running, especially the Great Run series. She'll tackle anything from 5k to half marathon and has been an active competitive athlete for over 15 years. Gemma was one of the four panellists at the National Running Show Q&A session.
