Other great stories include 17-year-old Otis Poole winning the men's high jump with a huge personal best clearance of 2.20m, significantly bettering the 2.09m he set to win the England under-20 title in Sheffield earlier this month.

The Armagh Internation Road Race celebrated its 33rd year in style with good conditions resulting in 154 men finishing the 5k in under 15 minutes and 41 women running sub 10 minutes in the 10k.  The England teams were also celebrating by claiming the men's and women's team titles.
