New Clean Coach eLearning course now available

Coach Clean is an easy-to-follow eLearning journey hosted on UKAD's Clean Sport Hub. The course is for coaches who want to know more about clean sport and understand their own responsibilities with regards to anti-doping. Developed in collaboration with UK Coaching, this programme has been fully endorsed against CIMSPA professional standards and ensures that the most up-to-date information is available in one course relating to the coach’s role.

Impressive performances from England team at Växjö indoor throws

A team of 15 athletes travelled to compete at Växjö Inomhuskast last weekend. This indoor throws event in Sweden provided the rare opportunity for long throws to be contested indoors - an experience that many athletes on the team had never encountered before. The team’s performance was nothing short of impressive, with two indoor British records, four winners, and eight personal bests including new indoor PBs.

Regional Elections

2025 Regional Council nominations now open!

England Athletics can today confirm the timelines for the 2025 election of Regional Councillors – a key component of ensuring our governance structure is truly democratic and representative. In total, there are 38 positions up for election across our nine Regional Councils, with the nomination process set to open on 23 January 2025. The deadline for nominations will be 24 February 2025, with any necessary ballot processes to follow.

England Team selected for Hannut CrossCup

An England cross country team have competed at Hannut in Belgium on numerous occasions, and after a year's gap an England team have been selected to take part in this Cross Cup Series; a World Athletics World Tour Gold Level event with strong entries from around Europe and Africa.

England team ready for Reykjavik

A small but strong team of our Talent Programme Athletes will make up an England indoor track and field team returning to Reykjavik on 27 January for the 2025 Reykjavik international Games. This event is renowned for excellent performances and is a great early indoor opportunity for athletes chasing indoor qualifying standards. The team will consist of athletes with varying degerees of experience; for some it is their first international opportunity.
