Online booking open for UK Coaching Female Coach Connectivity Events

Following the success of the Female Coach Connectivity Events last year the UK Coaching Talent and Performance Team invite female coaches to their four Events in September and October 2018. The Connectivity events provide coaches with the opportunity to meet likeminded coaches and share coaching stories.

The day will be action packed and will provide coaches with the opportunity to share ideas and network. We know that one of the massive support mechanisms for people progressing on a career journey are role models; a coach will share their story and connect the day to two structured sessions focusing on using your strengths and coach-athlete relationships.

Dates and Venues

Each venue will offer the same programme enabling coaches to access a connectivity event within their region. Each event will include a guest coach sharing their pathway experiences, an interactive session on identifying and maximising your strengths, plenty of time to network and meet fellow coaches and a session focused around creating and maintaining effective coach-athlete relationships.

What can coaches expect?

As a coach who attends the Connectivity Events you will have the opportunity to network with likeminded individuals in a ‘club-like’ setting where your ideas can be shared, challenges raised and support given to each other to explore solutions and develop your coaching.

Each event features a number of themes with a focus on you having practical takeaways and actions to have a positive impact on your development and coaching practice.

The day provides a fantastic opportunity to hear from a pathway coach on their experiences as they navigate their journey, exploring the importance of creating and maintaining an effective talent development environment to ensure you and your athletes thrive. Be inspired by your coaching colleagues as you consider how to bring the best version of you as a coach to every session through exploring what makes you, YOU!

Welcome to a thriving ‘club’ where you can feel supported to be heard, be seen and able to upskill and develop yourself.
