Athletics 365 DVDThe DVD Pack Contains four discs covering the Physical Conditioning, Running, Jumping and Throwing Challenges for Athletics 365 Stages 1-6. Each disc provides coaches with descriptive video footage to help further develop their understanding of the Athletics 365 challenges. With over 7 hours of footage, this is a great complement to a coach’s kit bag!
