England Athletics 5000m Championships
The MK5000 PB Special will this year be incorporating the England Athletics 5000m Championships. The event will be held in Milton Keynes on 27 July.
Note, this means that the 5000m event will not be taking place at the England Athletics Senior champs in Manchester on the same date.
If you wish to be competing in the England Athletics championships you will need to enter this race and hold the qualifying time (men under 14:10 and women under 16:10) which you have achieved in 2018 or 2019.
