Free 'Talk About' network sessions for club coaches
England Athletics is pleased to announce a series of free online sessions aimed specifically at newly qualified and developing coaches. The 'Talk About' network sessions will cover a wide range of topics within the jumps, throws, speed, endurance and youth disciplines, and provide a platform to bring together like-minded coaches to share their knowledge and experience.
With threads relevant to all event groups, experienced coaches are welcome to attend.
Talk About sessions will be facilitated by England Athletics Regional Club Coaching Leads.
Regional Club Coaching Lead for the South West, Mark Brace said,
"I feel obtaining a coaching licence is much akin to passing a driving test - you start to learn to coach once you have your licence. This series is aimed specifically at new and developing coaches; structured in a way that allows learning, open conversations and networking opportunities - while at the same time welcomes experienced coaches to contribute."
