ERRA 12 and 6 Stage Road Relays and Young Athletes' 5K
This weekend sees the English Road Running Association Road Relays at Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield.

Timetable
- 11am Under 17 men 5k
- 11.05am Under 17 women 5k
- 11.15am Under 15 boys 5k
- 11.20am Under 15 girls 5k
- 12noon Men’s 12 Stage Road relay – 6 x 5.38M and 6 x 3.16M legs (starting with long and alternating short and long).
- 12.20pm Women’s 6 Stage Road Relay 2 x 5.38M and 4 x 3.16M legs (long legs on stage 1 and 4).

Medals and trophies
In the Young Athletes’ 5k events medals will be awarded to the first three individuals and first three club teams, three per team, both male and female.
In the Senior Men’s and Senior Women’s road relays competition Medals will be awarded to the first three teams, England medals will be awarded to the first three English teams. The winner’s trophy will be awarded to the first English team. Only a club’s leading team is eligible to win team awards. Medals will be awarded to the fastest individual on both the short and long legs.
