England Athletics Regional Volunteer Awards: nominations for 2023 now open
Back for 2023 are the England Athletics Regional Volunteer Awards. As a sport we are indebted to the volunteers that make athletics and running happen.
Within your local club and community, so many people go above and beyond to provide quality athletics and running experiences. The volunteer awards provide a platform to thank amazing people and appropriately recognise achievements from those involved in our sport. Through the regional volunteer awards, you can recognise individuals, volunteers, officials, coaches, clubs, club leaders, and projects in the following eight categories:
- Contribution to Running
- Club Leader of the Year
- Club of the Year
- Coach of the Year
- Community Project of the Year
- Inspiring Official of the Year
- Newcomer to Volunteering
- Services to Athletics and Running
