Self-paced modules or courses

For individuals over the age of 16, the following self-paced modules can be completed before your course or after, in order to receive your officials licence.

Track and Field Officials

  • Safeguarding
  • Health and Safety

Endurance officials

DBS Check

  • Log into MyAthletics Portal (using your licence number and password)
  • Go to personal details section
  • Access Online DBS
  • Complete the short form

The overall process can take up to 8 weeks to complete.

Licence photo

You can upload a licence photo by following the below steps:

  1. Log in to MyAthletics Portal
  2. Select EDIT within Personal Details box
  3. Select UPLOAD NEW PICTURE
  4. Choose file
  5. Upload your picture: please ensure the picture is 'passport style' i.e. a head and shoulders.

If you have any difficulties in completing the above processes, please send the picture or contact officialsaccreditation@englandathletics.org.

Once you have completed the above steps, please let us know by contacting officialsaccreditation@englandathletics.org and we will process your licence.
