England athletes ready for the Home Countries Cross Country International

International fixtures come thick and fast and this week the Home Countries International takes place in Belfast as part of the UK cross Challenge event.

Once again strong teams have been selected by the ECCA with Keith Holt Team Managing the Men and Barbara Cutting the Women.
