Plyometrics for Road Runners

To get the most from the training 'miles' runners adding Physical Preparation to their training often perform better and are more robust. Elastic strength developed through Plyometrics increases the runners force per stride and coordination and therefore speed.

Young Endurance Runners – What is Appropriate?

What training should we be giving our young endurance runners? How many sessions per week? How many reps, what distances, recoveries and what intensity? How many miles at what age is appropriate?
