Mental Health Awareness in Sport and Physical Activity workshop

Mental Health Awareness in Sport and Physical Activity (MHASPA) is a 3-hour workshop designed to give you the practical tools to help you better support those of us with mental health problems to be more active. This short course is aimed at anyone working within sport and physical activity - from coaches to front-of-house staff - who would like to increase their knowledge and understanding of mental health within the context of their work.

Movement Skills Workshop 2: Coggeshall

Dr. Jack Daniels hosts Running and Coaching workshop

Venue: Alexander Stadium, Birmingham

Legendary coach and former olympian Dr. Jack Daniels hosts his first UK Running and Coaching workshop. During the full day event, athletes and coaches can learn more about his training and coaching principles including his unique VDOT method. Plus, join Jack on the track for some practical work and pick his brains during QA sessions.

Sight Loss Awareness and Guide Running workshop

Venue: WISE Campus, South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, New Road, Stoke Gifford, Bristol BS34 8LP

A workshop for leaders, coaches and volunteers from Run England groups and England Athletics affiliated clubs wanting to attract and support more visually impaired people.

Physical preparation: mobility, movement and performance

Venue: Castle Sports Centre Wellington Road Taunton TA1 5AU

Building on the success of the movement skills workshops, a workshop which focuses on how athletes can improve mobility, movement and therefore athletic performance.

Event Technical Workshop - jumps: Bedford

Venue: Bedford International Stadium, Barkers Lane, Bedford MK41 9SB

Key drills and activities relating to jumps and throws (specific workshops will be available). Deliverer will highlight the common faults and provide interventions to address these faults.
