The England Athletics Club Portal, which can be used by clubs for a range of functions, now has a new Help & Support section to help guide clubs in their day-to-day activities and in making the most of the full range of functionality. This includes how to manage club members, how to utilise online payment and management of club subscriptions, information on queries about the DBS / welfare matters and how to use the club portal for communication with members.

- The FAQs are split into sections for Account Issues, Club Profile, Club Member Management, Member Communications, Payments and Orders, Member Groups, My Profile and Welfare.
- The Help and Support section also contains a number of resources such as forms and resources which may be of use to clubs.
