England team announced for 2025 Armagh International Road Races

England Athletics is delighted to announce the eight athletes selected to represent England at the 2025 Armagh International Road Races on 13 February. 

The women compete over 3k and the team is led by Amelia Quirk (Bracknell AC, Mick Woods) who is selected after running 15:35 on the roads before winning Telford 10k in 32:34 in December. She is joined by Holly Dixon (Cambridge Harriers) who ran inside 16 minutes for 5k three times in 2024. Charlotte Dannatt (Camberley, Kyle Bennett) set PBs over 3000m, 5000m and half marathon in 2024 and she is joined on the team by Lauren Church (Reading AC, James Thie) who was in excellent 1500m form in 2024 and who finished 7th in the 2024 edition of the Amargh International Road Race.

Both Matthew Ramsden (Blackburn Harriers AC, Edmund Finucane) and Jack Kavanagh (Holland Sports AC, Neil Danby) ran inside 13:50 for 5k in 2024 with Jack finishing 4th in the UK 5k Road Champs and Ramsden cracking 14 minutes three times in the year. Both are joined by the experienced Jack Gray (Cambridge & Coleridge, Mark Vile) who boasts PBs of 13:41 and 28:27 over 5000m and 10,000m. Charlie Brisley (Newham & Essex Beagles, James McNeil) completes the men’s team and he is fantastic form after setting a 10k PB of 28:57 at the England 10k Championships in December.
