Cross Country Licensing
Are you interested in hosting a cross country race or league in 2021/22? If so, the online licence application system is now open. Click here for the online form.
The process for cross country licensing will remain the same as in previous years, the bullet points below highlight some of the essential information which may be of use. The application process, however, will only be online and approved by England Athletics Regional Council Licensing Officers and England Athletics:
- Application ideally eight weeks prior to the proposed event date
- Level 2 (minimum) endurance official appointed as the referee
- Prospectus / online event details link to be submitted
- UKA Rules for competition regarding distances to be adhered to
- Post-race returns form completed
We will publish a list of all licensed competitions in the competitions area of our website which will be updated regularly.
Post event report forms are still to be submitted no more than 28 days post event. Click here to view and complete the online form.
Any unattached levies will be collected via BACS. Once the post event report form has been completed you will receive an email with the England Athletics bank details - should this be applicable for your event.
All competition providers hosting cross country events must be affiliated as such to England Athletics. Click here for full details of how to affiliate and the benefits.
