Athlete registration for 2024/2025 now open

The window for athletes and runners to re-register with England Athletics, ensuring that they are eligible for the next year of competition, is now open.

Along with eligibility to compete comes a whole host of member benefits which we develop in conjunction with our network of 173,000 athletes – ensuring that we are offering you the best possible value and most appropriate support.

Member benefits include:

England Athletics CEO, Chris Jones, explains:

“This is always a really exciting time of year for us, as we welcome athletes back for 2024/2025. Every year, our team works exceptionally hard to ensure that our athlete offering gives the best and most comprehensive support and opportunities to all athletes, regardless of their experience or aspirations.

“This year is no different. It’s set to be an exciting 12 months, with the Olympic and Paralympic Games shining a spotlight on our sport, and our own programme of outdoor events to include the return of the Manchester International, introduction of a new Under 20 Track and Field International and the inaugural Club Relays Championship.

“With all of this in mind, we look forward to building our network of athletes and runners, and working alongside them to make sure that our sport continues to thrive.”

Athlete and runner registration takes place via clubs, so athletes are encouraged to ensure that their club has correct personal and contact details, and to sign the code of conduct, located in the myAthletics portal (the terms of athlete registration mean that athletes must have agreed to their code of conduct before competing).
