Amateur Athletic Association statement: Queen Elizabeth II

The Amateur Athletic Association (AAA) has released the following statement following the passing of HRH Queen Elizabeth II

The Amateur Athletic Association is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, our Patron for the last 70 years, following in the steps of her late father and grandfather King George VI and King George V.

On behalf of our Officers and Board we wish to express our deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to King Charles III and all members of the Royal Family.
