AGM notifications for English Road Running, Cross Country and Masters Associations

English Road Running Association (ERRA)

The Annual Open Meeting of the English Road Running Association will take place via Zoom on Monday 12 May 2026 at 7.30pm. A representative of all Clubs affiliated to England Athletics is invited to attend and vote.

English Cross Country Association (ECCA)

The Annual Open Meeting of the English Cross Country Association will take place in Nottingham on Thursday 4 June 2026. A representative of all Clubs affiliated to England Athletics is invited to attend and vote. Further details will be made available nearer the time.

England Masters Athletics Association (EMAA)

The Annual General Meeting of the England Masters Athletics Association will be held online on Wednesday 15 April 2026 at 7pm via Zoom. Each of the England Masters Clubs can nominate two representatives to vote at the AGM and all members of England Masters Clubs are welcome to attend.

The Committee is keen to engage with the wider membership and to attract additional support from members who are interested in joining the EMAA committee to support the work of the Association in promoting Masters athletics and organising competition. The AGM will have England Athletics CEO Chris Jones speaking on how England Athletics and EMAA can work together more closely to support masters’ athletics. It also includes a proposal to adopt a revised Constitution, which updates the current Constitution dated February 2017 to address and clarify various issues.
