South West Endurance Network Conference: The use of technology in Endurance Coaching as an aid to performance gains
Venue: The Devon Hotel, Old Matford Lane, Exeter EX2 8XU
Summary: In this word of ever advancing tech do we make the most of what is available to us. In this conference we aim to explore available technology in: health, nutrition, physical preparation, biomechanics, injury, planning and performance prediction.
The conference will consist of workshops, lunch and 3 Networking sessions, and an Ask the Panel at the end of the day. There will also be books; papers, services, PhD research students and trade stands and to view and engage with during the day.
The event is open to all and not restricted to coaches.

- Biomechanical video analysis with focus on identifying Hamstring issue in training interval environment
- Injury - when a hamstring injury presents is not a hamstring
- Training Peaks, its applications in performance / training analysis and periodisation planning.

Deliverers: This year the presentation team are SWEN members and mostly graduates of the LCDP/NCDP programme.
