UKA 12-year plan consultation

UK Athletics (UKA) is developing its 12-year plan that is reflective of its specific roles and responsibilities in supporting the delivery of the UK-wide strategy, Athletics Unified 2020-2032, and in doing so also supporting the Home Countries to execute their own strategic plans across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

UKA provides some important pan UK wide functions in areas such as coach and officials licensing, safeguarding, rules of competition and in managing the world class performance programme and GB & NI representative teams. It is important that these responsibilities are connected with Home Country work and are informed through the views of the wider domestic sport.

UKA's consultation with athletes, coaches, officials and other important stakeholders across the sport is an important part of developing the plan. In March, UKA held focus groups with smaller groups of stakeholders to discuss ideas for the future of UKA and they now want to share the insight and themes. Hear from UKA CEO Joanna Coates and the Executive Team and share your ideas at one of two webinars that UKA are hosting later this month.
