New 'Time 2 Listen' Safeguarding Courses - Book Now
Time 2 Listen safeguarding courses are now available to book onto via AthleticsHub.
The Time 2 Listen course is aimed at providing Club Welfare Officers with extensive safeguarding training to assist them with undertaking their role within an Athletics setting.
The 3-hour course is designed to provide those taking part with an opportunity to consider their role and responsibilities within an Athletics/sporting context and ensure that they are familiar with the specific reporting processes that apply to the sport – vital information for anyone occupying a Club Welfare Office role.
Completion of the Time 2 Listen course forms a key part of our four-step Club Welfare Officer Training Check List – read more about this in the Club Welfare Roles & Responsibilities section of our website.
As a pre-requisite for the course, attendees need to have completed the online 'Safeguarding in Athletics' module. If you have not already completed the Safeguarding module then click here to register online.
There are a number of Time 2 Listen sessions running in locations across England on dates between October 2019 and February 2020 (see below for more details). The price to attend the course is only £25 per person – please visit AthleticsHub to book online.
