Steeplechase training and races opportunity
A Steeplechase training session is being held for those who want to give steeplechase a try and those who are ‘chasing already and want to develop in the discipline.
The sessions will take place at the West Suffolk Arena, Bury St Edmunds on 8 June (training 10am-1 pm and races 2pm-4pm). An entry fees of £7 is payable on the day.
The races, including developmental races for U15s (UKA Rule change 2019) are largely intended to help those aspiring to English Schools' T&F Championship qualification, but do include opportunities for U20 and Seniors competition across all distances. Times will be posted to Power of Ten.

- 2:30pm - 2000m U18W, U20W, Senior Women
- 2:50pm - 3000m Senior Women
- 3:10pm - 3000m Senior Men
- 3:30pm - 2000m U18M, U20M
- 3:40pm - 1500m U17M
