Movement Skills Workshop: Part 1 - run, jump, throw (Crawley)

Venue: Broadfield Primary Academy, Vulcan Close, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 9PD

Day one of a workshop on how to develop the movement skills which will enable your athletes to move more quickly and efficiently, generate greater force and reduce the risks of injury. Aimed at assisting all coaches, regardless of their qualification level, or the ability/age of the athletes they are working with.

Regional Coach and Athlete Development Day (Lee Valley)

Venue: Lee Valley Athletics Centre, 61 Meridian Way, Picketts Lock, London N9 0AR

Workshops aimed at all Coaches who have a UKA coaching licence. The sessions at our Regional Coach and Athlete Development Days are event group specific and you book for the sessions which are relevant for you.See booking page for more information.The aim is to bring coaches and athletes together to network and improve coaching practice. The sessions will be delivered by England Athletics Regional Coach Lead with support from National Level Coaches.

National Performance Programme Weekend - Marathon Camp One

Venue: Forest of Dean

There will be a mixture of group training sessions and time to train, coach network and development sessions. Among those involved are Britain's second fastest female marathon runner Mara Yamauchi, leading physiologist Dr Charlie Pedlar and one of Britain's best endurance coaches Bud Baldaro.

National Speed Conference: Simplicity for Success

Venue: Ibis Hotel, 313 Hagley Road, Birmingham B16 9LQ (practical sessions at Alexander Stadium B42 2LR)

The National Speed Conference is back with a bang, with top speakers and practical sessions! The conference is open to coaches of all levels although the content will be tailored around Athletics Coach level and above.

England National Marathon Masterclass (Twickenham)

Venue: St Mary’s University College, Waldegrave Rd, Twickenham TW1 4SX

Masterclass for marathon performance driven coaches. Only 10 coach places available. Length 90 mins. Looking at how to read physiology tests, periodising elite marathon training phases, bloods and climatic factors.
