#RunAndTalk Week will once again place a focus on improving mental wellbeing through running – encouraging people to help break the stigma around the subject by meeting for a run and discussing mental health.
In 2026, #RunAndTalk will take place during Mental Health Awareness Week which runs from 11 to 17 May. Please register if you are taking part in the #RunAndTalk Mental Health Awareness Week so that we can send you your toolkit and celebrate with you!
