During the week of 6th-12th October 2018 - in support of World Mental Health Day - England Athletics, supported by Mind the mental health charity, are encouraging people to #RunAndTalk to improve their mental wellbeing through running and to break down the stigma associated with mental health by getting people talking about it.
Will you join us by registering an organised run?
Here's how to register an organised #RunAndTalk run:
- If you are registered on RunTogether simply tag the relevant run/runs that are happening during that week. Add a tag at the bottom of the page when setting up a new run or editing an existing run.
- If you are not registered on RunTogether click here to register your run information online. Your run will be created for you and you will then be invited to update and manage your run.
We will start advertising these runs on Friday 21 September so if you want to be amongst the first, then get your run registered by the end of Wednesday 19 September. But you can still register your runs after this date and they will be added in batches.
