Regional Council ballots

Following the recent election process to fill vacant roles across our network of Regional Councils, there is one region in which a ballot will now be staged to determine the successful candidates.

The North West region's vacant roles will be decided upon by affiliated clubs within the region, with this process beginning imminently.

• Clubs in the North West region are urged to check that their England Athletics Portal details are correct.
• Authorised Club Committee members will be contacted via email by Civica Election Services, with full details of the candidates, their election statements and the voting process.

If clubs are registered on the Portal as having more than one committee role per club, they will receive more than one email. If you are an authorised committee member (Chair, Treasurer or Club Secretary) and haven’t received an email by 5 March, please check your Portal information.

Only one vote per club is permitted, therefore clubs are advised to liaise at committee level to agree upon who will cast their vote.

Vacancies across all other Regional Councils have been filled.
