The Youth Talent Programme is a key starting point on the England Athletics Talent Pathway, helping to nurture and develop the next generation of athletes and para-athletes aged 16-18.

"Not only do they get an increased kit package from Kukri, but their support follows the educational ethos of the YTP in giving them continuous guidance and education in how best to work with a brand which may help them later in their careers."
