Help our sport reach further - streaming partner sought

Do you want to be involved in enabling our sport to reach thousands more people? We understand that many of our fans are not able to attend our England Athletics championships as spectators - we want supporters to be able to watch our events via high quality live streaming.

We are looking for a supplier who can work with us for the next three years to stream our track and field championships*, and provide a content-rich environment for viewers using web browsers or mobile platforms. Ideally this will be through our YouTube channel but other platforms will be considered.

During the event, we’d need integration with Roster Athletics to display start lists and results, plus a live clock and performances throughout the stream. Live commentary should be provided, with at least one knowledgeable commentator for track and field athletics.

Working with other partners is important to us – so we’d like to have the option to integrate targeted advertising into the streams, and for sponsor and other content to be included throughout streaming with features such as; replay wipes, pre/post-roll frames, or branded graphics.

England Athletics want to retain the rights to the content so that they can use it for training and marketing as well as a positive user experience after the event. Our Marketing and Communications team will work closely with your team on the day/s to use clips for social media. We would also like to build up a library of event specific content from recordings and interviews.

*The first events to be included within the contract:

• 3-5 July 2026 (location TBC)
• 25-26 July 2026 at Bedford International Athletic Stadium
• 22-23 August 2026 at Bedford International Athletic Stadium

Future events will be confirmed annually when dates and venues are confirmed.
