Grant funding opportunity for county schools competition organisers

We are delighted to offer a new funding opportunity for county schools competition organisers to support the development of regional competitions for young athletes.

As the membership and development body for athletics in England, we are committed to introducing athletes to our sport and working alongside stakeholders and competition providers to deliver competitions across the country.

County athletics is a key stepping stone for many athletes in qualifying and preparing for the English Schools Championships and other national level competitions. This new grant will support county schools competition organisers to access funding to help in the high quality delivery of their events. As part of our ongoing commitment to putting athletes and runners at the heart, we are also looking to improve athlete, coach and officials' experiences through the Track and Field Vision Group, a collaborative effort with each of the Home Countries and UK Athletics.
