Clubspark booking platform hints and tips
Thank you to our RunTogether community for sharing your feedback on the recent update to the Clubspark booking platform. We’re working with Clubspark to make improvements based on your suggestions, and you’ll continue to notice updates rolling out over the coming weeks.
If you’d like a little extra guidance or want to learn more about key features, take a look at our tips below.
- Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the apps to make the most of the continuous updates to the platform. Links to all of the apps are available on the RunTogether apps page.
- To access the link to your RunTogether group website, simply select the ‘website’ option in the left-hand ribbon of the Clubspark admin area and click ‘view website’. Your website is fully customisable through the Website module, with the ability to add session details, news articles, custom pages and more.
- Are you a newly licensed Run Leader and want to set up a new group? It’s never been easier – simply log in to Clubspark and select the ‘Get Started’ option. You’ll be guided through the process every step of the way.
- Run Leaders are now listed on your run pages. You have the option to add a Lead Run Leader and as many Assistant Run Leaders as you would like to all of your runs through the admin area of the website.
- Group contact details can be managed through the admin area of the website under Coaching > RunTogether > Edit Programme. If you do not wish for contact details to display on your website pages, you can remove your information from this area.
