Are you looking for more officials to help at your event?

If, as an event or competition provider, you are struggling to source enough officials for your event, we've got some useful contacts who may be able to help you identify officials.

County Officials' Secretaries (COfSec)

The County Officials' Secretary (COfSec) is the point of contact for officials within each county. Given a reasonable amount of notice, COfSecs can send out communication to officials in their county, to help identify any available officials for your event.

Regional Councils

There is an officials' representative on each regional council, who can liaise with clubs and officials across the region using localised networks. You can find their name on our Regional Council web section, or the Regional Council Chair can put you in touch directly.

Tri-region Secretaries

Tri-region Secretaries are points of contact for each of the three regions. They can contact officials across the entire region and may be able to identify available officials.
