- Identifying any loss of contact or bent leg infringements.
- Recording any yellow paddle or red cards issued to athletes.
- Informing chief walks judge/recorder of any yellow or red cards.
Three steps to becoming a Level 1 Race Walking Official
- Attend a Level 1 Race Walking official course.
- Complete the online safeguarding and health and safety modules that can be completed at your own pace.
Available within Athletics Hub > Online Courses > myLearning - Complete a DBS Check (myAthletics Portal > Apply Online DBS) and upload a licence photograph (myAthletics Portal > Personal Details > Edit).
