During this week (13-19 May) England Athletics, supported by Mind the mental health charity, is encouraging all 16–25 year old students to #RunAndRevise to take a break from exam revision and improve their mental wellbeing through running.
#RunAndRevise this May by joining an organised run at an England Athletics club, a RunTogether group, via an event hosted by our National Partners or with friends, family or colleagues at a time and location of your choice. Go to www.runandrevise.co.uk to find your nearest #RunAndRevise session.
