Their patented Hydrotech® track cleaning service helps to restore surface drainage and traction, complemented by a full range of additional services including track repairs and line marking to help keep tracks operational and in good condition.
Athletics tracks and polymeric surfaces can suffer from contamination, as well as a build-up of moss, algae and lichen. This will impact on the safe use of the surface by compromising the traction underfoot. It is essential that tracks are well maintained, in order to extend their usable life and provide a quality facility for athletes. It is recommended that a Hydrotech® is completed every year, to complement a programme of routine maintenance. Some tracks may require a Hydrotech® more frequently, depending on usage levels, performance requirements (such as TrackMark accreditation) and the surrounding environment.
