Masterclasses for Pole Vault and Combined Events: 23rd July

England Athletics are pleased to announce two Masterclasses taking place on 23rd July. A masterclass focussing on combined events with Kelly Sotherton and and Aston Moore, and retired French pole vaulter and Renaud Lavillenie's coach Philippe d'Encausse is presenting a pole vault masterclass.

Regional Coaching Workshops to be hosted by National Coach Mentors

England Athletics are pleased to announce four Regional Coaching Workshops in conjunction with their National Coach Development Programme (NCDP). England Athletics will be hosting the four coaching workshops covering Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump and Pole Vault on Wednesday evenings.

Sheffield's Strideout running group encourages women to give running a try

Strideout was set up in Sheffield in 2011 To encourage non-runner women to give running a try and to support them from beginner to more established runners. Dan Parkinson, Run England's Product Development Manager for Running Participation visited one of the group sessions this week to experience it for himself.

England Athletics' 2016 Consultation survey now online

In April and May England Athletics held consultation meetings around the country. After a lot of interesting and useful discussions we have used what we have learned to develop the an online survey so that we can better understand the views of registered athletes, representatives of member clubs, volunteers and everyone who cares about the future of the sport.
