New Physical Preparation workshop from England Athletics

Building on the success of the movement skills workshops, England Athletics have developed a new Physical Preparation coach development opportunity. This includes a range of content fromself-myofascial release and how the use of foam rollers and other tools can help an athlete to improve mobility and performance through tohow to conduct a series of movement screening exercises as well as how to assess hamstring flexibility, ankle mobility and upper spine mobility.

England teams selected for the Iris Cross Cup

The English Cross Country Association Team Managers have selected the athletes to represent England in the Iris Cross Cup Event in Brussels on the 18th December. The Teams were selected following the Liverpool Cross Challenge event.
