First Aid course for sports volunteers

England Athletics has worked with Tess Safe and Trained to create an accredited course for sports volunteers. The one-day course has been endorsed by the runbritain medical group and is suitable for all race organisers running events with UKA permits. It is also suitable for clubs and their members.

David Holder: 1945-2016

Kent, London and athletics in general have lost a loyal and dedicated servant with the death of Dave Holder, who passed away recently after a short illness. Dave was the London Region and England Athletics Official of the Year in 2014.

Excellent England team performances result in another win at Loughborough

It was a great opening competition for the 2016 outdoor season as England took on teams from Scotland, Wales, BUCS, GB Juniors and Loughborough Students at the 2016 Loughborough International. England continued the winning streak of the past few years and achieved a decisive victory over the other teams, with a winning margin of 38 points.
