Bud's run, a charity event for Parkinson's UK created by endurance coach Bud Baldaro is to return in 2017. As well as supporting coaches as part of England Athletics' coach development programmes, Bud has coached many international athletes and been the voice of the commentary at athletics events including the English National cross country and road relays. This year's event will take place shortly after Bud's 70th birthday.

The British Athletics Supporters' Club (BASC) is looking to assist Coaches and Officials with bursaries. BASC will award sums of up to £250 to successful applicants who wish to pursue higher standards.
