Step one: Sign up via Clubspark

1) Head over to the Clubspark booking platform homepage and click ‘Get started’. On the next screen, choose ‘RunTogether’.

2) Fill in your group’s details, including:

  • Your group’s name
  • Primary contact information
  • Group address

Once you’re ready, select ‘Create group’. You’ll now be taken to the Clubspark admin portal.

3) In Clubspark, select the Coaching module on the left-hand side and complete the onboarding checklist.

Step two: Setting up your group website page

You are now ready to set up your group’s website! Select the Website module in Clubspark to get started. You will be guided through the process and can find extra information via our short tutorial video.

Please note, whilst your running group name and logo can contain punctuation, URLs never include punctuation.

Step three: Adding run sessions to your group page

You’re up and running! Set up group sessions via the Coaching module and add these to your group webpage, where runners will be able to book online. If you decide to charge for your runs, we have set up a simple online payment system that you can use to help make this easier for you and your runners. Check out our tutorial video for extra guidance.

Step four: Download your FREE Run Leader app

Use the Run Leader app and website to keep track of the runs you have organised, check-in your runners as they arrive for your runs and keep your runners informed about what your group is up to. The app also gives you access to emergency medical and contact details of your runners, in case you should ever need them.
