To ensure that payments are made correctly, please submit your expense claim within 6 months of being incurred.

  • By providing an email address it will enable England Athletics to send electronic notification of payment.
    a. All the particulars set out by me on this form are correct and that the mileage covered in each case was necessary for the fulfilment of my duties. b. Where my private vehicle has been used it is insured to do so.

  • Payment

    Expense payments are made via BACS.

  • Expense details

    To ensure that payments are made correctly please submit your expense claim within 6 months of the costs being incurred. Claims received after this period may not be approved. Mileage claims can be processed at 45 pence per mile and up to a maximum of 100 miles per event. Claims for refreshments, meals and accommodation cannot be processed. All non-mileage claims need to be supported by receipt evidence. We reserve the right to withhold payment without proper documentation.

      Receipts are to be provided to support each element of the claim.
