Two storming finishes saw England's relay athletes and Erin McBride both pip their Australian rivals to the line in the mixed 4x400m relay and 200m respectively - as it was another eventful evening for England at Nitro Athletics in Melbourne.
The much-anticipated Nitro Athletics is finally here, with the first of three events taking place this Saturday in Australia.The new series sees an England team take on Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan, as well as a team spearheaded by Usain Bolt, in a brand new format. Disciplines are grouped into teamwork, power, technical and endurance events, with each team consisting of 12 men and 12 women, who combine to score points that count towards the team score.
