Club members, athletes, runners, officials and volunteers are invited to come along to meet, discuss and share ideas on athletics and running with members of the England Athletics Board and staff. This event takes place on Tuesday 6th November (6:30pm - 9pm) at Ageas Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.
England Athletics are pleased to announce entry is now open for Senior and Under 20 combined events indoor championships for the coming season 2019. The event takes place at the EIS in Sheffield on 5-6 January.
Another bumper entry has been received for this years Saucony English Cross Country Relays which will be taking place on Saturday 3 November. This is the 33rd time the Relays have been staged and Berry Hill Park, Mansfield plays host for the 30th consecutive year.
Bexley Goodgym managed a great run and walk out to help their friends at Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice. Bexley Mencap members who were originally part of a running and keep fit group are now regular weekly volunteers with Bexley GoodGym.
Four counties fielded teams in this year's South West Inter-County Road Running Championship - and all came away with awards, whether it be for men's or women's team or individual, or championship rankings.

Led by a personal best from Aaron Scott, the England Athletics team coped with chilly conditions and strong winds at the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon. Matt Sharp finished three places behind and Steven Bayton crossed the finish line on the Festhalle's red carpet in 30th. Dani Nimmock ran 2:38:54 for 23rd in the women's race, just over half a minute down on her best.
The race beside the River Main has proved a successful hunting ground for British runners in recent years, and the England Team of Dani Nimmock, Aaron Scott, Matt Sharp and Steven Bayton are keen to exploit Frankfurt's reputation on Sunday as a fast course with favourable weather conditions.
The joint fastest woman in the world in 2018, Dina Asher-Smith, has today launched England Athletics' #gocoach national campaign to bring 10,000 new people into the enjoyable world of athletics and running coaching by 2020.
England Athletics hosted a National coach and athlete jumps workshop last weekend which aimed to get the jumps community together, coaches and athletes sharing knowledge and networking. An impressive line up of top level coaches delivered presentations and sessions to 40 coaches and 19 athletes, with a good mix of senior and junior athletes working together.
