The past month's coaching resources at uCoach.com

uCoach is the online resource for athletics coaches in the UK. The uCoach website has the coach in mind – a one-stop shop for coaches to access information about coach development, coaching qualifications, events, news and coaching resources.

The website includes an article library, video, audio, documents, photos, blogs, interviews and more - suitable for all levels of coaches.  Information is continuously and frequently added and usually available to all UK users or those outside the UK via login.

John Kiely speaks at the NCDP Speed conference, filmed at the Belfry 2014. John was involved with the Irish rugby team who had lifted the six nations trophy less then 24 hours before his presentation. In the videos, John talks about the importance of identifying the effects of stress on the body, and how emotional stress can have physical consequences and vice versa.

Barry Fudge: Priming for Performance - Part 2 (25.02.17)
Dr Barry Fudge completed his undergraduate degree and his PhD in Physiology from the University of Glasgow, UK. His PhD focused on the environmental factors leading to the success of elite east African runners. During that time he worked with a number of runners in Kenya and Ethiopia, some of whom are World record holders and/or World and Olympic medalists. Following that Barry was a Senior Physiologist at the English Institute of Sport for 5 years providing physiological support to British Athletics. Most notably he was an integral part of double Olympic, World and European champion Mo Farah's support team
